“Patient care is at the centre of everything we do. The Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust continuously endeavours to enhance the patient experience and provide an exemplary standard of care. As part of it’s striving for excellence, it has been accepted that the same standard of service should be available regardless of the day and time in which it is delivered. In view of this, seven day working is likely to occur throughout with a likely requirement to work fewer but longer shifts in the interest of continuity of care. All positions offered and appointed to are in full recognition and acceptance of these requirements.”
