The Medical Division at North Manchester General Hospital has an exciting new role. The role will be a ward based personal assistant. The roles are for specialist Respiratory ward (I6) and specialist Endocrinology ward (E1).

The role will involve supporting the ward manger in their administrative duties, roster working and alterations, sitting in on meetings and writing up the minutes, this list is not exhaustive

We work closely with our multidisciplinary teams based within the divisions as well as with other specialities based on site at North Manchester.
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual who will play a pivotal role in the support and development of the divisions. 

You will need to be able to work within the team and independently at times under pressure and support the consultants with administration and secretarial support.

We can offer you on-going development to further enhance your skills and knowledge within a supportive environment. We are keen to work with individuals on their specific training needs and will aim to personalise job role where possible to ensure that your own personal needs are met.

The hours are negotiable between 30-37.5.
