We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who can bring enthusiasm and energy in supporting Medical Staffing within the HMR Division of Integrated Care.
You will be responsible for the co-ordination of medical rotas, identifying planned absences, and ensuring temporary staffing solutions are sought.
You will record and monitor medical staff sickness, annual leave and other absences, escalating and issues accordingly
Working alongside other medical absence managers, consultants, clinical leads and rota masters is an essential element to this role and therefore a high level of communications skills are expected.
