Salford Royal has some of Europe’s leading dermatology specialists on its team and is a world leading Academic Dermatology Research Centre with strong links to the University of Manchester.
An opportunity has arisen to advertise a new post to maintain and improve both hospital and primary care based services for patients with skin disease. The successful candidate will join 33 Consultant colleagues linked to the Department of Dermatology at Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust (SRFT) (University of Manchester School of Medicine) which provide services to Salford and other areas of Greater Manchester and will also work with Colleagues at Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Foundation Trust.
The department has 33 Consultant Dermatologists, a large training programme, specialist nurses and a supporting team. We have one of the largest Contact Dermatitis Investigation Units and a leading Psoriasis Service, Photobiology Unit, Paediatric Service and Mohs Service.
You will join a range of professionals in our expanding service.
