Join us and be part of something bigger.
We have paved the way for excellence in Integrated Care and in July 2016 took the pioneering step to form one of the first Integrated Care Organisations. We now provide adult social care services alongside our established healthcare services, which has given us the chance to develop better, more joined up ways of working that deliver improved outcomes for the local community.
We have an exciting opportunity for you to come and join the Trust’s only Acute Respiratory Ward.
If you have an interest in respiratory medicine and want to develop specific skills in relation to this speciality as well as develop core nursing skills then this is the ward for you. We are a fast past high acuity area working closely with MHDU and we provide care which is between ward level and higher dependency level care. There are close links with the Emergency Village to ensure both safe and positive patient experience and effective patient flow. Our aim is to ensure staff receive personal development which works alongside the contribution framework and the revalidation process and will enhance career progression
If you are a newly qualified nurse we will pay your first year's NMC registration fee as well as paying you at Band 4 until you receive you NMC PIN. We can also offer a competitive relocation package (subject to conditions).
Interviews will be taking place on the 7th March 2018.
We will be available to welcome and show prospective candidates around the ward and answer any questions you may have.
