Join us and be part of something bigger.
We have paved the way for excellence in Integrated Care and in July 2016 took the pioneering step to form one of the first Integrated Care Organisations. We now provide adult social care services alongside our established healthcare services, which has given us the chance to develop better, more joined up ways of working that deliver improved outcomes for the local community.
Calling all qualified band 5 nurses whom are hard-working, enthusiastic and have a thirst to learn new skills.
The Pendleton Suite, Sub-Acute Care facility, is a brand new and exciting development under the umbrella of the emergency village. It aims to focus on nurse led care for patients who are ready to go home and/or are completing emergency treatment on a short stay pathway from Emergency Assessment Medicine. This allows development of advanced Nursing skills and there are development programmes, such as nurse led care/ case load management/non-medical prescribing to name a few, in place to support career progression.
At SRFT we are committed to excellence, in both the services we provide our patients and the support we give our staff.
